CD Key in a foreign land - Guild Wars Forums

I want to buy some GW copies (from UK) for my friends and relatives in China, but I am not certain if they will be able to play the game (i.e. if the keys are "region-free").

Anyone here who can share his/her experience?

yep, they are region free, i just bought a couple of copies for friends in different areas
